Mathew will listen to you and ask about your symptoms. A detailed examination of the affected joints will be performed.
Investigations and scans
Following your appointment investigations may be organised to help make the correct diagnosis.
Routine investigations include X-rays, ultrasound and MRI scans.
X-rays can be performed on the same day as your consultation.
Follow up and treatment
Once your investigations are complete a follow up appointment with Mathew will be arranged to discuss the results.
All appropriate treatments, best suited to help your symptoms, will be discussed and planned.
