Mathew is a Leeds & Yorkshire based Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with a special interest in shoulder surgery. He prides himself on delivering professional, individualised and compassionate care.

Mathew has treated patients in Leeds and Yorkshire since graduating from Leeds Medical School in 2000. Extensive training, including 18 months of specialist fellowship training at Royal Derby hospital upper limb unit, has provided him with valuable experience in managing shoulder and elbow problems. Mathew is a Fellow of the Royal College Of Surgeons and a member of the British Elbow & Shoulder Society.
Mathew has been a Consultant Orthopaedic surgeon at Mid Yorks NHS Trust and Spire Methley Park Hospital (Leeds) since 2015, seeing NHS and Private patients.
